Huit petites mains ont préparé pendant deux jours ce dîner pour cinquante personnes, il est temps de vous dévoiler les recettes ! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#666666;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:large;"&gt;Poulet yassa : &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;ngrédients (pour 6 personnes) :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;- 6 blancs de poulet&lt;br /&gt;- 6 gros oignons&lt;br /&gt;- 3 gros citrons&lt;br /&gt;- du piment ou de la moutarde&lt;br /&gt;- poivre, sel, huile&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Préparation :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Faire mariner une nuit le poulet coupé dans le jus des citrons, les oignons coupés en rondelles fines, les piments ou la moutarde, avec 3 cuillerées d'huile, une pincée de poivre et de sel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Le lendemain, dorer les morceaux de poulet (seuls) au four puis les remettre dans la marinade.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dans une cocotte, verser une demi louche d'huile.&lt;br /&gt;Y faire revenir les oignons de la marinade sans leur laisser prendre couleur.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ajouter le poulet et la marinade. Assaisonner suivant le goût.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Couvrir la cocotte et laisser cuire à feu très doux pendant une heure environ. font-family:Georgia, serif;font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#FFFFFF;"&gt;Retirer la peau des bananes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#FFFFFF;"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:4.0pt"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Les couper en deux, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;dans le sens de la longueur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt; (ça vous donne deux morceaux avec, pour chacun, un côté plat et un côté bombé). Vous pouvez couper chacun des deux tronçons en deux (dans la largeur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;), afin que les bananes ne se « cassent » pas lors de la cuisson. Vous pouvez également les cuire entière.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:4.0pt"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Faire fondre le beurre dans une poêle, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;sur feu moyen&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;. Quand le beurre est fondu, ajoutez le sucre (ou la cassonade) selon votre goût. Dès que ça « crépite », disposez les bananes, face bombée vers le haut. ATTENTION : elles ne doivent ni se superposer, ni se chevaucher, car sinon elles ne seront pas cuites uniformément ! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:4.0pt"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Une fois les bananes dorées, les retourner. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:4.0pt"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Pendant que les bananes dorent, faire chauffer un fond de rhum dans une tasse, au micro-ondes. ATTENTION &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;: le rhum ne doit pas bouillir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;, il faut juste qu’il soit bien chaud !&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:4.0pt"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Lorsque les bananes sont dorées des deux côtés, ajouter le rhum chaud et flamber &lt;b&gt;tout de suite &lt;/b&gt;(en jetant une allumette dans la poêle). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;ATTENTION à ne pas vous brûler&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:georgia;"&gt; car la flamme vient d’un coup et elle est assez haute (15 cm environ). Son goût de café, de crème et de chocolat aux arômes de noisettes et de caramel en fait un alcool doux et sucré.&lt;br /&gt;Le &lt;i&gt;Grand Marnier&lt;/i&gt; est un triple sec français créé en 1880 à Neauphle-le-Château (Yvelines) fait à partir de cognacs et distillé avec des écorces d'oranges amères. Il est surtout utilisé dans des recettes de crêpes comme les crêpes au Grand Marnier et les crêpes Suzette.&lt;br /&gt;Le &lt;i&gt;Pineau des Charentes&lt;/i&gt; est un mélange de cognac et de moût de raisin vieillissant dans des fûts en chêne pendant une durée minimale de 5 ans. Pinault. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Découverte : les Printemps ne forment qu'un monde, entre celui de Haussmann et celui de Lille : La Soirée Noël !&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Moët, petits fours&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt; et parmi la foule et les (trop) gourmands, les Swingin'Partout et leur musique hypnotisante !&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Du manouche, des clins d'oeil musicaux, des Simpsons à Pierre et Le Loup, en passant par les grands classiques sur lesquels on ne saurait mettre un nom tant ils appartiennent à la Culture (avec un grand C). "Ah, mais zut, c'est quoi ça déjà ?"
